Public board meetings
are announced via facebook and ig monthly
2026 HYFC bylaws, SOP,
and Parent Handbook to be updates pending to be posted soon.
2026 MVFL constitution updates pending to be posted soon.
All Participants parent or
guardians are required to have access to Group me on cell
phone or computer or tablet for
communication/ notifications with coaching staff and board
during the season. This link for group me will be sent out
via email
and social media for parents/guardians to add themselves
to group me to receive notifications prior to the season.
There is to be
no personal text messages between parents/player and coaching
staff during the season. All other communication with
HYFC board will be via email hughsonyouthfootballcheer@gmail.com
